1. Who we are

This website, enstaffer.com, is operated by Cryta Technologies, 8A, OHT Road, Kottivakkam, ECR, Chennai, India — 600041. Cryta Technologies is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Where this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Cryta Technologies. Where it says "you", it means anyone visiting this site or contacting us.

2. What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal. We collect:

• Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything else in your message.
• Basic technical data. Like most web servers, ours records standard request information — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
• Font delivery data. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request means Google receives your IP address and browser information. See section 5.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health data, financial account numbers, or government identifiers. Please do not send these to us by email.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
• To keep records of business communications, where required for accounting or legal purposes.

Enquiry emails and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only for as long as we need to keep records for legal or accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically 30 days or less, unless we need to retain them longer to investigate a security incident.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.

This site is served over HTTPS and hosted on infrastructure we control. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not hold more information than we need.

10. Children

This site and our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
